he Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects – BACEA, the only branch association of companies exercising construction supervision and consultancy activities in the field of construction and the only full member of FIDIC and EFCA in Bulgaria, has the pleasure to invite you to take part in an International Conference with a main theme ‘Upcoming Social, Road and Railway Infrastructure Projects 2018 – 2020. Management of Investment Projects and the Role of the Consulting Engineer’ that will take place on 10 October 2018 in Hilton Hotel, Sofia, Bulgaria.
